Your thoughts are still thoughts until they are expressed in words. We think about many things in life and sometimes act based on our thoughts without any further verification to justify whether we are right or wrong.

One thing that is destroying many relationships nowadays is assumption. We make assumptions about others and conclude that that’s how they are or what they have been doing. We say many things behind the backs of our friends by accepting our assumptions over the facts of life. We cut destiny helpers out of our lives because of the assumption we attached to a perception.

Many are finding it difficult nowadays to separate an assumption from discernment and conclude that what they are doing is discernment and they can never be wrong. They acted on assumption instead of discernment, and they became delusional.

One way to deal with this matter is to always bring clarity to whatever we assume and never conclude on it without any thorough investigation and discussion that brings light to the dark side of our hearts. Many problems end when we speak out about what we assume about others rather than just reaching a conclusion on the matter.

One-sided thought is not a fact about life, and an assumption destroys things faster than anything. No one knows the truth by just assuming, and assuming brings bitterness to the heart. When your mind starts receiving images that will lead to you being bitter about others, you need to shut it down and declare words over it.

The whole world would have been a better place if assumption and imagination became an instant reality, as we all believe. As you are on a journey in life, watch out for assumptions that lead to bitterness and separate yourself from them.

  1. LORD HELP ME TO WATCH OUT FOR ASSUMPTIONS THAT LEAD TO PAIN AND BITTERNESS 🙏🙏Amen
    Thank you JESUS

  2. One of the thing’s that captured my attention among many other thing is when the writer state that “Many times we misrepresent assumption as discernment” Chai… this is true many times we assume what is NOT and hide under the disguise of discernment. Thank you sir for this bread, it will take a long time for the taste to be forgotten.
